Transforming Boys to Men

The Turning Point of Lansing seeks to Transforms Boys to Men by providing an afrocentric group mentoring experience that gives young African American males an opportunity to explore life’s challenges all while developing strategies for success in their lives, school, and communities.

The Turning Point of Lansing will focus on the following areas to establish, build, challenge, and develop in African American males.

Our African American male mentoring program for 6-12 grade students fosters empowerment, leadership, and personal growth through culturally responsive mentorship, learning sessions, community events that provide a supportive environment where young individuals can learn, develop and thrive.
